Hello All,

So, it's been a slightly quieter month compared to last.  However, there's still a lot that's been going on.

First and foremost, I've completed my accompanying of A-Level Music Recitals at Barry Comprehensive School.  Whilst this was hard going, all performances went very well and I predict excellent results for all of the incredibly talented pupils.

Secondly, I am delighted to report that I have gained yet another piano student, who is based in Bridgend.  Remember that I am able to home visits within a reasonable distance.  In addition to my new piano student, I have also gained a new singing pupil.   Things continue to go in the right direction for me, and I'll soon be advertising in the Gem and local Cowbridge Shops for more pupils to add to my already impressive collection ;-)

Thirdly this month, I have played organ for two weddings at St. Basil's Church, Bassaleg, which have been truly wonderful occasions.  Sadly, though, I have also played for three funerals at St. Basil's - however, these were also wonderful occasions in their own rights, and it is always an honour to be able to play my part in such important events.

Fourthly, I have been involved in a few concerts this month.  One was with Llanharan RFC Songsters at 'The Rest Convalescent Home, Porth Cawl.  This was a fantastic little concert, where the choir sang an impressive (and varied) concert of sixteen pieces - I had great fun as accompanist.  The second concert I have been involved with was with Llantrisant Male Voice Choir at Sophia Gardens for the International Netball Championships.  This was an outstanding event where the choir performed exceptionally well to a very appreciative audience.

Well, that's about it for now.  Remember, my referral scheme is still active - check details out on my Services page!

Thanks for now,
